The Crystal Ballroom banquet hall at the Radisson Freehold in Monmouth County New Jersey, was decorated in lilac, purple, white, and pink, to welcome the new union of Lena and Chris, and it did not go unnoticed. Contemporary Bride decided to feature this couple in their magazine, and we could not be more honored, or happier that we were part of their day! Petal Pushers, Inc. created the floral arrangements for this beautiful day.

The couple was photographed all day by 217 Photography, and video taped by First Floor Films so not one smile or kiss would be missed.

Lena and Chris met when they were only fifteen years old, but did not start dating until much later in life.

“I had a crush on Lena when I met her when I was fifteen, but she was already dating one of my good friend,” said Chris.

But when it’s meant to be it’s meant to be.  The couple was re-introduced after college by a mutual friend, and they immediately started dating

“I let him slip past when we were fifteen and I wasn’t going to do that at twenty-five,” said Lena.

Lena expressed that she knew Chris was the right person for her because it was natural and easy to be with him.

A love like Lena and Chris’s is clearly meant to be, and we hope that they keep finding more to love about each other in years to come.
