Megan Gallagher
Megan Gallagher, Catering Sales Director, has been working with Hotels Unlimited since September 2021, but has been in the wedding industry for 7 years. Megan studied hospitality in college with the goal of working in the event/wedding industry. Her favorite part about her job is seeing the finished product of months or yearlong planning. She also loves the special moments when couples come in to tour the ballroom for their wedding & you can see the excitement on their faces. “I just really enjoy being a part of such a big & special moment in their lives and knowing that they are fully trusting me to make every detail perfect!“
Amanda Mausser
Amanda Mausser, Catering Sales Coordinator, has been at the company for 2.5 years. Amanda graduated in May of 2022 from Rowan University. At Rowan, she double majored in Marketing and Business Management. In the summer of 2021, Amanda was in the Rising Stars Program at the Holiday Inn of East Windsor and learned so much throughout her internship. In June 2022, Amanda joined the catering sales team as an Admin and was quickly promoted to Coordinator! Her favorite part of her job is seeing the couples’ vision come to life. “You are with the couple from when they first book with us and being able to see their special day come to life with decorations, music and their family and friends is something very special to be a part of! Seeing the couples’ faces when they go into the ballroom with the room decorated and all set with the lights dim, Hollywood lighting set and music softly playing is a magical feeling.”
Amber Kay
Amber Kay, Banquet Manager, has worked in the service industry for 15 years. Amber prides herself on making events feel as smooth as possible for all attendees as well as making sure every element of the event is perfect. Amber’s interests include Disney, Star Wars, crafting (mostly card making and perler beads), and video games.
Rebecca Gruber
Rebecca Gruber, Room Sales Coordinator, is very excited to experience her first year with Hotels Unlimited. Rebecca loves working with people, as she has a background in Communications & Media, graduating with a BFA from Montclair State University in 2016. Before working in hospitality, Rebecca worked for production companies in Manhattan. Her favorite part about the hospitality experience is seeing all guests happy and comfortable! In her free time, Rebecca is an independent filmmaker and content creator, and leads ghost tours throughout New Jersey.
John Anderson
Chef John Anderson, Executive Chef, has been with Hotels Unlimited since 2017 and has an extensive background in crafting culinary masterpieces at hotels in Philadelphia, Atlantic City, San Francisco, Pasadena, and Florida just to name a few! What does he love most about his job? “Every day is a different challenge. It keeps things fresh and allows me to really delve into my skillset.” Other than being a skilled chef, he was a Pop Warner football coach for 17 years and coached in the Pop Warner Super Bowl in Disney World! In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his four-legged friend, Dozer, and cheering on his favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles.
Samantha Biondi
Samantha Biondi, General Manager, has been with us since 2005. She loves working with people and is known for her attention to detail. Samantha’s passion is making sure every event runs smoothly and that every detail is just right. If you were to ask Samantha’s advice on what makes a successful wedding, she would say, “Just relax and enjoy your day and leave the rest to us – it goes fast.” Samantha’s favorite wedding themes are ALL OF THEM… she takes pride in ALL her events and gives the utmost respect to all. With Samantha at the helm of your event, you can rest assured it will not only be a memorable one, but also a success.
Sam Fulgieri
Sam Fulgieri, Operations Manager, has been with the company for two years. Before working in hotels, she worked in the entertainment business, performing at Six Flags Great Adventure. One of her favorite parts of working for the company is a bit off brand, but is for an important and very close cause. Her team continuously helps her collect empty water bottles within the hotel, and donates the money collected to childhood cancer research. She helps her friend Karen, who has raised over $40,000. Her dream is to move out to Las Vegas and she hopes to gain experiencing working in MGM properties. In her free time, she enjoys being with her cats, long walks and gambling on Las Vegas Blvd.
Kenneth Gaughran
Kenneth Gaughran, Front Desk Supervisor, joined Hotels Unlimited about a year ago. Prior to working in hospitality, Kenneth studied Journalism in college and worked at a local radio station running events for clients. He also assisted in production for the sports channel and spent some time in the news room. His love and passion for traveling inspired him to work in the hospitality industry. His goal is to give every guest the best experience they could possibly have. Kenneth’s favorite part about his job is meeting wonderful people and using his knowledge of all things Jersey to help them plan a great stay in our state. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time in Asbury Park.
