Maria Alvarado
Maria Alvarado, Catering Sales Coordinator, has been with Hotels Unlimited since 2019. Maria is bilingual and can speak both English and Spanish fluently. Her favorite part of her job is making all of the couple’s dreams come to life. She loves working with them from start to finish and getting to be apart of their ‘happily every after.’ Her priority is to treat your wedding like her own. “I truly believe in helping make our clients’ vision become a reality.” In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, her dog and staying active!
Jada Gonzalez
Jada Gonzalez is the Operations Manager at The Radisson Hotel, where she brings passion, leadership, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of hotel operations. Starting her journey in hospitality at the age of 15, Jada continued her career here as a banquet server. Through her dedication and hard work, she quickly expanded her skills by cross-training as a front desk agent, eventually earning a promotion to Operations Manager in September 2024. Jada’s bubbly personality and genuine passion for hospitality were inspired by her mother, who worked in upscale hotel industries in the city. With a strong desire to create exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every operation runs smoothly and efficiently. Her exceptional communication skills and attention to detail enable her to lead her team with confidence, fostering a positive work environment and maintaining high service standards. As Operations Manager, Jada is dedicated to optimizing performance, elevating guest satisfaction, and supporting her team in achieving success. She continues to grow in her role, applying her strong leadership skills and passion for hospitality to make a lasting impact on both guests and staff.
Amber Kay
Amber Kay, Banquet Manager, has worked in the service industry for 15 years. Amber prides herself on making events feel as smooth as possible for all attendees as well as making sure every element of the event is perfect. Amber’s interests include Disney, Star Wars, crafting (mostly card making and perler beads), and video games.
Natalie Jones
Natalie Jones, Room Sales Coordinator, is the heart behind group room sales at the Radisson Hotel in Freehold. From weddings and corporate events to sports teams and special celebrations, she ensures every group feels right at home—with great rates and even better service. Natalie’s hospitality journey started at just 14, working in restaurants before falling in love with hotels. After earning her Hospitality Management degree from Brookdale Community College, she sharpened her skills at the Radisson front desk and then brought some Disney magic back from her time at Walt Disney World Resorts in Orlando. Promoted to Room Sales Coordinator in February 2025, Natalie’s warmth, work ethic, and love for guest experience continue to shine. She’s not just selling rooms—she’s creating memories.
John Anderson
Chef John Anderson, Executive Chef, has been with Hotels Unlimited since 2017 and has an extensive background in crafting culinary masterpieces at hotels in Philadelphia, Atlantic City, San Francisco, Pasadena, and Florida just to name a few! What does he love most about his job? “Every day is a different challenge. It keeps things fresh and allows me to really delve into my skillset.” Other than being a skilled chef, he was a Pop Warner football coach for 17 years and coached in the Pop Warner Super Bowl in Disney World! In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his four-legged friend, Dozer, and cheering on his favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles.
Kenneth Gaughran
Kenneth Gaughran, Front Desk Supervisor, joined Hotels Unlimited about a year ago. Prior to working in hospitality, Kenneth studied Journalism in college and worked at a local radio station running events for clients. He also assisted in production for the sports channel and spent some time in the news room. His love and passion for traveling inspired him to work in the hospitality industry. His goal is to give every guest the best experience they could possibly have. Kenneth’s favorite part about his job is meeting wonderful people and using his knowledge of all things Jersey to help them plan a great stay in our state. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time in Asbury Park.
