This Mother’s Day, you’ll have nothing to feel guilty about! Your favorite Monmouth County banquet venue, the Crystal Ballroom at the Radisson Freehold, is now taking reservations for Mother’s Day Brunch 2015. Culinary highlights will include carving stations, French toast with fresh blueberries, sesame salmon with orange ginger sauce, penne with shrimp and scallops, fresh fruit and cheese display, a Viennese table for dessert, and tons more. Nothing brings families together like stuffing themselves in style, right?
